Academic Partnerships International (Australia) Pty Ltd (API) proposes to supply universities that enter into an API Standard Service Agreement with services, resources and materials in connection with the conversion of the universities' offline (face-to-face) undergraduate or postgraduate courses into online courses and to develop, maintain and market those online educational courses (together, the Services). In offering the Services to the universities, API proposes to recommend that the universities use Instructure Inc's cloud-based learning management system (LMS) software, Canvas. API will pay for the universities' use of the Canvas LMS if the universities elect to use it.
The universities can use other LMS providers' software, but API will not pay for the use of the alternative LMS.
