Summary
Agfarm proposes to offer financial accommodation to growers of eligible commodities (wheat, barley, canola, sorghum, corn, rice and cotton crops) in order for them to purchase crop inputs (such as seed, fertiliser, fuels and lubricants) on condition that the crop inputs are purchased from Ruralco Holdings, Combined Rural Traders, Town & Country or, in the case of fuel and lubricants, any other wholesale supplier of fuel and lubricants; and that the grower repays the financial accommodation by delivering eligible commodities of a value equal to the amount owed to Agfarm, CHS Trading Company, or any other acquirer who agrees with Agfarm to be a participating acquirer.
