Summary
ANZ proposes to:
(i) supply, or offer to supply, solar finance;
(ii) supply, or offer to supply, solar finance at a particular price; and/or
(iii) give or allow, or offer to give or allow, each of (or a combination of) a discount, allowance, rebate or credit in relation to the supply of solar finance,
to prospective customers, on the condition that prospective customers acquire 'solar goods' (such as solar PV, gas hot water systems, energy storage devices, demand management devices, etc) from retailers nominated by ANZ.
Similarly, ANZ may refuse to:
(i) supply, or offer to supply, solar finance;
(ii) supply, or offer to supply, solar finance at a particular price; and/or
(iii) give or allow, or offer to give or allow, each of (or a combination of) a discount, allowance, rebate or credit in relation to the supply of solar finance,
to prospective customers, if they have not acquired solar goods from retailers nominated by ANZ.
