Summary
The Australian Postal Corporation (Australia Post) proposes to offer an online bill scanning and payment service (Bill Scanner Service). The service scans a customer's emails and identifies emailed bills. A summary of the customer's outstanding liabilities is available to the customer who can then use Post Bill Pay to settle the obligations. Customers will only be able to access the service using certain email suppliers, initially only Gmail.
