Summary
The Notifying Party supplies to business and enterprise customers a range of products, including mobile phones, phone systems, other telecommunications equipment, software, tablets, hand held devices, data products and internet services (dealer products). The Notifying Party proposes to supply or offer to supply dealer products and/or promotional products (including vouchers, cinema tickets, electrical goods and accessories) to customers on condition that the customer agrees to acquire telco services or products or service plans from Telstra. The Notifying Party also proposes to refuse to supply or offer to supply a dealer product and/or promotional product to customers for the reason that the customer has not acquired or agreed to acquire telco services or products or service plans from Telstra.
