Summary
Bonbons Bakery Franchise Pty Ltd proposes to:
(a) supply, or offer to supply, franchise goods and services, on condition that the person to whom Bonbons Franchise supplies or offers to supply Bonbons Bakery goods and services acquires Approved Goods and Services from an Approved Supplier; and
(b) refuse to supply Bonbons Bakery goods and services for the reason that a person has not acquired, or has not agreed to acquire, Approved Goods or Services from an Approved Supplier.
Bonbons Bakery Franchise Pty Ltd also proposes to:
(a) grant or renew, or make it known that it will not exercise a power or right to terminate, a sub-lease or licence in respect of land or a building (or a part thereof) on the condition that the franchisee acquires the Approved Products and Services from the Approved Supplier; and
(b) refuse to grant or renew, or exercise a power or right to terminate, a sublease or licence in respect of land or a building (or part thereof) if the franchisee does not acquire (or has not agreed to acquire) the Approved Products and Services from the Approved Supplier.
