Citigroup will offer Services or Incentives (relating to home loans, credit cards, loans, banking and investment products) or give or allow a discount, allowance, rebate or credit in relation to the supply of Services or Incentives (for example: cash backs, discounts, reward points, fee waivers) on condition that the person offered these Services or Incentives will acquire goods or services from a provider of, or in relation to, a third party loyalty program.
Citigroup will refuse to supply the Services or Incentives if a person has not acquired, or agreed to acquire, goods or services from a provider of, or in relation to, a third party loyalty program.
