Computer Fleet Management are the parent company of Clear Capital Management (CCM) and have initiated and funded CCM's proposal to supply services in relation to the arranging or procuring of loans to be made available to customers of Dealers (mobile telephone retail outlets) to enable the financing of equipment through loan contracts entered into by ACN 100 053 585 (the Trustee). The Trustee will offer to supply lending services to customers of Dealers at a particular price being nil interest charges, or will offer to supply lending services to customers of Dealers at a discount from normal retail lending interest rates, on condition that customers will acquire equipment from those Dealers.
