Digital Fox Pty Ltd will:
(i) supply a Dealer Product and/or Promotional Product to retail customers, (including offering a discount, allowance, rebate or credit) on condition that they acquire telecommunication services or products or particular service plans from Telstra and
(ii) refusing to supply a Dealer Product and/or Promotional Product to retail customers if they have not acquired telecommunication services or products or service plans from Telstra.
Dealer Products include mobile phones, cordless phones, copiers and fax machines, phone cards, other telecommunications equipment, software, hand held computers, data products and internet starter packs.
Promotional Products include vouchers, cinema tickets, electrical goods and accessories and food items.
