Driftsail proposes to offer residential land for sale. Driftsail also proposes to introduce purchasers of the land who wish to rent out homes constructed on the land to a tenant that will rent out the home at an agreed price, or pay the purchaser compensation if they do not introduce them to a tenant. The offer by Driftsail to introduce the purchaser to a tenant (or alternatively, pay compensation) is conditional on the purchaser appointing a third party builder authorised by Driftsail to construct the home and a third party letting agent authorised by Driftsail to manage the rental agreement. There is no equivalent condition attached to the sale of residential land where the buyer does not wish for Driftsail to introduce a tenant to them.
