Energex proposed to offer consultants the opportunity to perform work for it (or for it at a particular price) on condition that the
consultant acquires a licence to use AutoCAD 2011, or any subsequent version of Auto CAD required to use Energex's Design Automation Tool or WorkPians Program from another person.
