Summary
Eni Australia proposes to enter into a gas sale agreement with the Power and Water Corporation. The gas to be supplied represents all of PWC's forecast demand from 2012 until 2032 and may preclude other producers supplying PWC for that period. The annual contract quantity exceeds Eni's proved reserves and may preclude Eni from suppling gas to third parties. The gas to be delivered to PWC will rank in priority to Eni's other customers (if any) - so if capacity is restricted on any given day, Eni must allocate all available gas to PWC.
