Summary
Equity Margins Limited proposes to offer to supply margin loans to customers on the condition that if the customer wishes to sell a call option over those equities, the customer instructs Merrill Lynch Equities (Australia) Limited to provide options brokerage services to the customer to sell the call option. All equities which are not CHESS approved and are acquired with the loan or mortgaged as security for the loan are required to be held by Merrill Lynch (Australia) Nominees Pty Ltd on behalf of the customer.
