Eureka Operations Pty Ltd, which trades as Coles Express service stations, proposes to offer discounted fuel (petrol, diesel and LPG) to customers on condition the customers buy specified `communications products' (such as mobile-phone-recharge and music-download cards) of set values at the service stations. Coles has provided the example of an offer to customers of 10-cents-per-litre off fuel, running to 7 October 2009, on condition the customer spends $40 or more on Telstra pre-paid mobile recharging at Coles Express and also presents a docket evidencing they have spent at least $30 at a Coles-group store.
