Summary
Force Technology International Pty Ltd (Force) supplies 'mobile lifestyle products', including wearable fitness and activity measuring devices. Force participates in the AIA Vitality Program, a loyalty and rewards program offered to customers of AIA Australia Ltd (AIAA) who hold and/or are insured under an eligible insurance product from AIAA. Force proposes to supply or offer to supply wearable fitness and activity measuring devices at a particular price and/ or give or allow or offer to give or allow a discount, allowance, rebate or credit in relation to the supply or proposed supply of such devices on condition that the consumer acquires or has acquired AIA Vitality program services by joining the AIA Vitality program.
