Summary
FOXTEL proposes to offer customers a discounted subscription to its FOXTEL service and a gift card to be used on AFL Club merchandise on condition that the customer is a member of a participating AFL Club. The promotion will commence on 15 September 2011 and be run by FOXTEL from time to time.
In particular, eligible customers will receive either:
- Offer A, which comprises: a free single standard metropolitan city installation of a standard digital set top unit, valued at $100 and a 12 month subscription to FOXTEL's Get Started package plus FOXTEL's Sports tier for $50 per month (normally valued at $60 per month OR
- Offer B, which comprises a 12 month subscription to FOXTEL's Get Started package plus FOXTEL's Sports tier for $50 per month (normally valued at $60 per month).
In particular, eligible customers will receive either:
