Summary
Golden Casket Lottery Corporation, Tatts Lotteries SA Pty Ltd and News Limited (the Parties) propose to supply eligible entrants the right to enter a Promotion and win a prize, on condition that the entrant purchases a Golden Casket or Tatts SA Instant Scratch-Its "Crosswords" ticket together with an News Corp Eligible Publication from a participating retail outlet in Queensland or South Australia, and submits an online entry form.
The Parties also propose to refuse to supply the right to enter the Promotion and win a prize to an individual who has not purchased a Golden Casket or Tatts SA Instant Scratch-Its "Crosswords" ticket together with an News Corp Eligible Publication from a participating retail outlet in Queensland or South Australia.
The Promotion will extend for a limited period.
