Holcim (Australia) Pty Ltd, Broadway & Frame Premix Concrete Pty Ltd, Excel Concrete Pty Ltd and Excel Concrete (NSW) Pty Ltd (together, Holcim Australia) propose to supply work to contractors on Holcim Australia sites on the condition that those contractors acquire Contractor Management Services from a third party Compliance Manager. That is, Holcim Australia proposes to establish a centralised national contractor management system for collecting and managing the compliance, safety and other relevant data of its contractors - to be managed by a third party. The Compliance Manager will charge each contractor an annual fee for the Contractor Management Services.
