Summary
The Applicant proposes to supply to newsagencies (Participating Newsagencies) the right to participate in a system which uses a Hubbed kiosk with the CONNECT technology platform and services related to the operation and promotion of the Hubbed kiosk (Hubbed Services) on condition that the newsagencies acquire non-cash payment services, direct entry processing and settlement services, credit facilities and gift card services from Moneytech Services Pty Limited (Moneytech) or Moneytech's related bodies corporate, including MPayments Pty Limited or Moneytech Finance Pty Ltd.
