Land Management Corporation, a public corporation of the South Australian Government, proposes to supply development lots in a 'pilot area' of Adelaide's Bowden Project development to developers, on condition that a body corporate related to each developer enters into an arrangement with the operator of a 'tri-generation' plant in the pilot area.
The arrangement would be for the tri-generation plant to supply space heating/cooling and domestic hot water to the community corporation, which would then distribute these to occupiers. LMC is yet to appoint a plant operator but will do so after a competitive expression of interest process.
