Summary
Each of the Lion Nathan Limited subsidiaries (The South Australian Brewing Company Pty Ltd, The Swan Brewery Company Pty Ltd, Castlemaine Perkins Pty Ltd and Tooheys Pty Ltd) propose to offer to provide a rebate to Coles Myer Liquor Group (Coles Myer) for specified beer products on the condition that Coles Myer sells the specified beer product in conjunction with specified spirit or RTD products from Diageo Australia Limited (Diageo). Diageo proposes to do likewise for its relevant spirit and RTD products.
