Summary
Liquorland (Australia) Pty Ltd (LLA) and Liquorland (Qld) Pty Ltd (LLQ) propose to enter into an arrangement with a publisher or owner of a magazine, book or other publication and with a wholesaler of alcoholic beverages and/or its accessories, pursuant to which LLA and/or LLQ will give to customers a discount off the retail price of the wholesaler's beverages, a free sample of such a beverage, a free or discounted set of wine, spirits or beer glasses, a free or discounted device used to aid the storage or consumption of liquor - for example, a cooler or a corkscrew, or a similar benefit, upon the relevant customer's presentation of a voucher, coupon, flyer, advertisement or like document obtained from a nominated publication.
