Telstra Licensed Shop (TLS) licensees - Madcow Pty Ltd, Systech Communications Pty Ltd, Tassie Communications Pty Ltd and Gold Telecom Pty Ltd - will offer to supply cutomers a TLS Product (including mobile phones and internet starter packs) and Promotional Products (including cinema tickets and food items) or discounted TLS Products and Promotional Products, on condition that they acquire telecommunications services or products or particular telecommunications service plans from Telstra.
