Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority - Notification - N97805

Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority is proposing to sell lots in the Australian Fine China Site to developers on the condition that they enter a service agreement with, and become a member of, the company who owns the infrastructure within the Australian Fine China Site to deliver and take water for use within a geothermal heat exchange system, and water for irrigation of landscaping and other purposes through a rainwater harvesting system (Infrastructure).
The Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority intends to build the Infrastructure, which will service residential lots within the Australian Fine China Site. The Infrastructure is intended to be owned by a separate company.
