The notifying parties are News Limited, News Digital Media Pty Ltd, Nationwide News Pty Ltd, The Herald & Weekly Times Pty Ltd, Advertiser Newspapers Pty Ltd, Queensland Newspapers Pty Ltd and Gold Coast Publications Pty Ltd - together, the News Entities, who are all related bodies corporate of each other. A News Entity will offer to supply discounted news and information (in digital and/ or print formats) products and/ or services or other discounted good or services to persons on condition that they are a member of a loyalty program operated by a promotional partner of a News Entity.
