Summary
Nu Leaf IP Pty Ltd (Nu Leaf) has entered into a number of growing agreements with authorised growers pursuant to which Nu Leaf will grant growers the right to grow and maintain licenced Tang-Gold mandarin trees and harvest fruit from the licenced trees on the condition that the grower will acquire licenced trees from nurseries authorised to propagate trees of the variety under a sub-licence of the Plant Breeder's Rights. Nu Leaf may also refuse to grant this right if a person does not agree to this condition.
