Origin proposes to:
(i) give or allow, or offer to give or allow, a discount in relation to the supply of energy storage devices (batteries) and solar PV systems (Products) to residential and business customers in NSW, VIC, ACT and SA on condition that they acquire energy management and performance optimisation services for solar PV systems with energy storage devices (Services) from Reposit Power Pty Ltd (Reposit)
(ii) refuse to give or allow, or offer to give or allow, a discount in relation to the supply of Products from Origin for the reason the customer has not agreed to acquire Services from Reposit.
