Summary
Otter Products Australia Pty Limited (Otter Products Australia) proposes to appoint a number of Authorised Distributors and Authorised Resellers in relation to the supply of protective cases and accessories for mobile devices (the Otter Range).
Authorised Distributors will be contractually obliged to only sell the Otter Range to Authorised Resellers except in limited circumstances.
Unless a reseller is appointed as an Authorised Reseller, it may not be able to acquire products in the Otter Range from an Authorised Distributor or be entitled to participate in any incentive or rebate scheme open only to Authorised Resellers.
