Summary
Ozlease Pty Ltd (Ozlease) agrees to lease residential dwelling houses for a 10 year term from property investors who purchase a property through a related entity of Ozlease, OzInvest Realty Pty Ltd. The lease is conditional on the owners/investors becoming members of another related entity to Ozlease, Ozlease Mutual Limited (Mutual). Mutual provides a risk product to the owners/investors which covers the owners/investors rental income payments during each year of the 10 year term of the lease.
