Summary
Bens Retravision is a Telstra dealer. It proposes to:
(i) supply or offer a Dealer product and/or Promotional product to retail customers on the condition that the customer acquires or agrees to acquire telecommunication service plans from Telstra;
(ii) refuse to supply or refuse to offer to supply a Dealer product and/or a Promotional product to retail customers for the reason that the customer has not acquired or has not agreed to acquire telecommunications services or products or particular telecommunications service plans from Telstra;
(iii) give or allow or offer to give or allow a discount, allowance, rebate or credit in relation to a dealer product to retail customers on the condition that the customer acquires or agrees to acquire telecommunication services plans from Telstra.
Dealer products include: Telstra Tbox, Telstra Thub products, mobile phones, cordless phones, other telecommunications equipment, software, data products, wireless broadband and ADSL fixed internet products. Promotional products include: vouchers, electrical goods and accessories and food items.
This notification was allowed to stand on 1 April 2011.
