Summary
Queensland Rail is proposing to enter into a seven year terminal services agreement with Pacific National in respect of the Acacia Ridge Interstate Terminal (the ART). Under the agreement, Pacific National will acquire access and terminal services for the trains (and freight) produced by it at the ART on condition that 80 per cent of all its freight on trains to or from Queensland is loaded and unloaded at the ART by Queensland Rail.
