Summary
-Queensland Rugby Union Limited (QRU) lodged a notification in relation to the supply or offer to suppy catering services on the condition that:
-QRU may appoint naming right sponsors and exclusive suppliers from whom the appointed caterer may be required to purchase;
-The appointed caterer not supply products or services that compete with those of the QRU's naming right sponsors and exclusive suppliers without firsst obtaining the consent of the QRU;
-QRU may allow a hirer of Ballymore to supply or offer its own or sponsor's products during a function and the appointed caterer agrees to obtain and supply such products; and
-giving effect to each of the "tied" obigations referred to above.
