Summary
The Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW) proposes to provide qualifying individual REINSW Members with annual accreditation as an Accredited Property Specialist (Accreditation Services). Real estate training courses (Training Services) are provided by REINSW approved Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) or REINSW approved trainers (Approved Trainers).
REINSW proposes to:
(a) supply, or offer to supply the Accreditation Services
(b) supply, or offer to supply the Accreditation Services at a particular price or
(c) give or allow, or offer to give or allow, a discount, allowance, rebate or credit in relation to the supply or proposed supply of Accreditation Service
on condition that the person to whom REINSW supplies or offers or proposes to supply the Accreditation Services will acquire Training Services from an RTO or an Approved Trainer.
REINSW proposes to:
(a) refuse to supply Accreditation Services to a person
(b) refuse to supply Accreditation Services at a particular price to a person
(c) refuse to give or allow a discount, allowance rebate or credit in relation to the supply of Accreditation Services to a person
for the reason that the person has not acquired, or has not agreed to acquire, Training Services from an RTO or an Approved Trainer.
REINSW proposes to:
