Summary
Realmark Connect will offer its services as licensor in its real estate franchise system to Realmark Office Licensees on condition that they acquire:
- customer relationship management systems to manage and analyse customer interactions with the business, recording customer data and trust account management software (CRM) from Zenu Realestate Pty Ltd and
- real estate marketing management software from Campaigntrack Pty Ltd.
Realmark Connect may also refuse to supply its services as licensor if a Realmark Office Licensee does not agree to acquire CRM from Zenu Realestate Pty Ltd and real estate marketing management software from Campaigntrack Pty Ltd.
