Summary
Rugby World Cup Ltd (RWCL) lodged a notification in relation to the offer of a license to provide hospitality services in connection with RWC 2003 on condition that the products of official sponsors and partners of or suppliers to and official licensees in relation to RWC 2003 approved by RWCL in particular product catergories be used and/or promoted exclusively by the appointed hospitality services provider and caterers which it engages in providing relevant services; and the appointed hospitality services provider utilise such caterers as RWCL may direct in relation to the provision of relevant services within the environs of stadia at which RWC 2003 matches will be held.
