SH proposes to grant franchises to prospective franchisees on condition that SH franchisees acquire products, sauces, meat, meat products, pita breads, vegetables and other ingredients, boxes, cartons, containers, napkins, plastic cutlery and other packaging items, certain services from third party service providers (information technology services) and machinery and equipment used in the conduct of the franchised business from approved SH third party suppliers.
