Summary
Subaru Australia will supply extended warranty services to vehicle owners on condition that vehicle owners acquire after-sales servicing and support services from a Subaru Dealer. Subaru Australia will not supply extended warranty services if vehicle owners do not comply with this condition.
On 31 December 2020, Subaru withdrew the notification, following ACCC queries, on the basis that Subaru was not engaging in the conduct subject to the notification. A copy of Subaru’s letter withdrawing the notification is available below.
