Summary
Swinburne University of Technology (Swinburne) offers, through its TAFE Division, the Advanced Diploma of Technology (Aviation) (Advanced Diploma). Students enrolled in the Advanced Diploma must study a range of flight theory subjects, including Air Transport Pilot Licence theory, Commercial Pilot Licence theory, Private Pilot Licence theory and Command Instrument Rating theory. Students are required to undertake practical flight experience to the standard of the Commercial Pilot Licence with General Flying Services Pty Ltd or as selected by Swinburne.
