Summary
Taronga Conservation Society Australia (TCSA) proposes to offer the exclusive right to provide catering services at Taronga Zoo, Sydney and Western Plains Zoo, Dubbo, on the condition that:
(a) the appointed caterer must acquire food and/or beverages or other products supplied by appointed suppliers, being suppliers with whom TCSA has entered into a sponsorship agreement; and
(b) the appointed caterer must not supply products or services that compete with those of TCSA's appointed suppliers without first obtaining the consent of TCSA.
