TEG Dainty Pty Ltd proposes to provide consumers access to exclusive pre-sale tickets to live shows through the Ticketek and Ticketmaster sales channels on the condition that they are customers of Stan, a subscription video on demand service provider. An allocation of up to 40% for each event will be available to Stan customers for an exclusive pre-sale window of 48 hours, following which the tickets will become available to the general public.
