TEG Live Pty Ltd (TEGL) proposes to offer customers of Velocity Frequent Flyer Pty Ltd (Velocity) the opportunity to participate in exclusive pre-sale windows to acquire, through Ticketek and/or Ticketmaster sales channels, tickets to certain live entertainment, exhibition and sporting events, as well as premium ticket offers and other special offers associated with the events from time to time. TEGL proposes to provide Velocity customers with the opportunity to participate in exclusive pre-sale windows to acquire, through Ticketek and/or Ticketmaster sales channels, tickets to live concerts by a local artist and related concert experiences to be held in or around March and April 2017 in Newcastle, Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Darwin. In relation to each offer made by TEGL to Velocity customers, there will be a restriction in place so that no more than 40% of the tickets available for an event will be made available to Velocity customers in a presale offer.
