Summary
Mirvac proposes to supply and offer to supply certain lots at the Harcrest housing development in Wantirna South, Victoria, on the condition that the purchaser will enter a contract with a builder nominated by Mirvac to construct a house on the lot and/or refuse to supply the lot for reason that the purchaser has not entered into or agreed to enter into a contract with the nominated builder for the construction of a house on the lot. Specifically:
- with respect to lots 24, 25, 26 and 51 the purchaser would be required to enter such a contract with Metricon Homes Pty Ltd
- with respect to lots 28, 29, 30 and 31 the purchaser would be required to enter such a contract with PDH Displays Pty Limited
