Summary
Tuscan GPO Melbourne Pty Ltd & Transfield (OMH) Pty Limited & Calliva Group Limited propose to provide purchasers of Lots (RMIT Village - Old Melbourne Hotel property development) a freehold title in the Lot, subject to the registered lease on condition that purchasers acquire an interest in the Scheme from Calliva. Each interest in a Lot will be acquired subject to a registered lease granted by the Vendors to Calliva. Calliva will then group all the Lots for which it has the registered leases, and grant a sublease over the Lots to the Operator.
