Uber proposes to offer MasterCard customers a credit on individual Uber rides in Australia during a specified promotional period (Promotional Benefit). For example, a Promotional Benefit offered by Uber may include:
- a credit of up to $25 per ride to use towards the customer's first two individual rides with Uber during a specified period
- a credit of up to $25 per ride to use towards the customer's first ride with Uber during a specified period.
More specifically, the Promotional Benefit will be available to individuals who:
- download the Uber app, create a user account with Uber, and register an eligible MasterCard and
- complete at least one ride using the Uber app within a specified period, enter the 'promotional code' and select their registered MasterCard as the payment method.
- a credit of up to $25 per ride to use towards the customer's first two individual rides with Uber during a specified period
- a credit of up to $25 per ride to use towards the customer's first ride with Uber during a specified period.
More specifically, the Promotional Benefit will be available to individuals who:
