United Energy proposes to:

solar equipment (i.e solar panels, storage batteries, control systems) to a customer on condition that the customer acquires services from Powershop Australia Pty Ltd for the supply of electricity from the solar equipment to the customer.
United Energy may also refuse to supply, or refuse to supply at a particular price, the solar equipment to customers for the reason that the customer will not acquire services from Powershop for the supply of electricity from the solar equipment to the customer.
