Exemption for Dnister Ukrainian Credit Co-operative Limited

On 14 July 2022, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) granted an exemption under section 56GD of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) to Dnister Ukrainian Credit Co-operative Ltd (Dnister) deferring its obligations to deliver profile scope functionality until 1 January 2023 and enable consumer data sharing for non-individual consumers until 1 April 2023. The ACCC granted the exemption in response to an application from Dnister.
