Exemption for G&C Mutual Bank Limited

On 10 June 2021, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) granted an exemption under section 56GD of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) to G&C Mutual Bank Limited delaying the commencement date of its consumer data sharing, and direct-to-consumer, obligations until 31 December 2021. The ACCC granted the exemption in response to an application from G&C Mutual Bank Limited.
