On 1 December 2022, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) granted an exemption under section 56GD of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), to Liberty Financial Pty Ltd (Liberty) deferring its reciprocal data holder obligations for all product phases until 1 December 2023. The exemption is effective from the date Liberty becomes accredited. The ACCC granted the exemption in response to an application from Liberty.
