Exemption for Macquarie Credit Union Limited

On 10 June 2021, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) granted an exemption under section 56GD of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) to Macquarie Credit Union Limited delaying the commencement date of its consumer data sharing and direct‑to‑consumer obligations, for all products, until 31 March 2022. The ACCC granted the exemption in response to an application from Macquarie Credit Union Limited.
