Based on that information, the ACCC considered that the acquisition of CBD Enviro Services was unlikely to remove a significant source of competitive constraint in the relevant markets. A key factor in reaching this view was the fact that (in relation to the relevant markets) there are a number of alternative competitive providers which will remain available to customers.
